About me,

My name is Matt, but you can call me Joe, Matt, Sketchy, or anything else I might respond to. I am a recent graduate of UMass Amherst and I started Sketchy Joe's while I was a student in 2011. Same as anybody else, I enjoy many things and 'the stuff' is but one of them! While I take this business seriously, it's only a part of my life. Someday I hope to work with non-profits, or maybe even start a social business!

About the glass,

All of my glass comes from independent US glass blowers. I make sure to clearly photograph and describe any imperfections in each listing, so there will be no unfortunate surprises. Aside from the water pipes, all the pieces are unique. Though similar pieces could be listed in the future, chances are that the inventory will be completely different.

About the store,

I do my very best to deliver high quality goods at reasonable prices and I take great pride in customer satisfaction. I don't like waiting on a package any more than the next person which is why I do my best to ship items the same day they are ordered, however this isn't always possible. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, I accept returns for any reason and I'll cover shipping both ways as long as the item has not been 'used.'

International Shipping,

International shipping is new. It is up to the customer to know the laws of their country. I will ship as discretely as possible, but once it's out of my hands and posted I am no longer liable for customs issues, late, or lost packages.
